About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our team in the Marlborough region. In this role, you will be instrumental in our efforts to serve the residential and commercial building markets. You will work closely with authorized distributors to build and enhance our brand and product network throughout New Zealand. This full-time position requires a blend of office work in Blenheim and on-the-road customer interactions. Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to: - Multitask effectively while managing travel and setting call plans - Identify and secure new customers through market analysis and prospecting - Meet monthly sales targets through engagement with both new and existing customers - Foster a customer-centric approach through consultative relationships - Prepare project quotes and sales proposals - Provide sales training and development to fellow team members - Adhere strictly to our safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment About You The ideal candidate will have: - Experience in business-to-business sales (desirable) - Background in the building or manufacturing industry (desirable) - A passion for creating brand loyalty and building strong customer relationships - A reliable, organized, and autonomous work style, with the ability to multitask - A personality that stands out, driven by enthusiasm and a commitment to enhancing the customer experience If you are ready to advance your sales career and make a significant impact in the building industry, we would love to hear from you.
