About the Role
We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Calvin Klein team in Queenstown. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our store’s success by managing day-to-day operations, achieving key performance indicators, and fostering a positive work environment.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing sales targets, managing staff performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be involved in stock management and visual merchandising, helping to create an inviting shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess previous supervisory or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry. A proven track record of achieving key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, is essential.
You will need excellent communication skills and strong people management abilities, with the confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team. Attention to detail is critical, along with experience in stock management and visual merchandising. An entrepreneurial mindset to identify growth opportunities will be highly valued.
We are looking for a vibrant and energetic individual with a positive attitude and impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
