About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator to support our core revenue functions, including rates, debtors, banking, and transport. This hands-on role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial processes. You will be part of a high-performing finance team, where you will manage reconciliations, improve processes, address queries, and assist with revenue reporting.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining revenue systems and processing daily and monthly reconciliations
- Supporting invoicing, debtor management, and banking activities
- Troubleshooting data issues and responding to internal and external queries
- Assisting with reporting, system updates, and process improvements
What You Will Bring
To be successful in this position, you should have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or revenue processing
- Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with financial systems
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer service mindset
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
