In this role, you will be responsible for safely delivering and picking up customer products within a designated area. Ensuring the quality and security of these products is paramount, along with completing the necessary scanning and documentation. You will also have the opportunity to assist your colleagues when directed by management or your supervisor. Key Responsibilities - Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently - Collaborate with team members and demonstrate initiative while maintaining high-quality work standards - Load freight, drive, process freight deliveries, complete paperwork, and provide excellent customer service - Manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines - Assist in unloading linehaul trucks on a daily basis What We Offer - Full-time position, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week in Wellington - Opportunities for growth and advancement within a dynamic transport environment - A supportive team culture that prioritizes safety, reliability, and effective communication What You Bring - A hardworking, honest, and reliable attitude - Physical fitness suitable for the demands of the role, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving freight by hand and trolley - Flexibility in your approach, as your daily tasks may include loading freight, driving, processing deliveries, completing paperwork, and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and keeping paperwork in order - A collaborative spirit with the ability to perform quality work safely - A clean HT license, with a minimum of Class 2; a DG certification or endorsement is preferred Are you ready to embrace a world of opportunities and excitement in the logistics industry?
