About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant/Driver to join our team. In this hands-on position, you will provide vital support by delivering orders and fulfilling various warehouse duties, including picking, packing, dispatching, stocktaking, and operating a forklift. This role combines driving responsibilities with general warehousing tasks. Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A valid Class 1 driving license.
- Previous experience in delivery driving and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Forklift certification (OSH).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to health and safety.
- Good physical fitness, as some heavy lifting is involved.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivery Driving: Safely and efficiently delivering stock to health services using a Class 1 truck.
- Warehousing Duties: Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, dispatching, and stocktaking.
- Forklift Operation: Operating the forklift to move and store goods as required.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse tidy, organized, and safe to ensure a manageable working environment.
- Health & Safety: Adhering to all health and safety protocols during deliveries and while in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Hours
This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Pay Rate
The pay rate for this role is $25.00 per hour.
