In this role, you will be responsible for executing assigned service tasks with skill and professionalism. Punctuality and courtesy are essential when interacting with clients, as we prioritize building strong relationships. You will assist the base Works Manager with job allocation, particularly in instances where work has not been assigned for the following day in the absence of a senior technician. As a vital member of our team, your supportive approach towards fellow employees will contribute to a collaborative work environment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your immediate work area, both in the workshop and on-site, is crucial. Additionally, you will be expected to record all workshop activities on a job sheet at the end of each workday to ensure accurate tracking of progress.
