About the Role We are seeking a warm and dynamic caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will work primarily with children under the age of three, providing high-quality care and engaging meaningfully with them. You will have the opportunity to build responsive and loving relationships with both tamariki and their whānau. Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day routines and classroom activities, as well as stepping in where needed to help the center run smoothly. You will be part of a passionate and experienced team and will report to a supportive Centre Manager. This is a permanent position, offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. Requirements We are looking for candidates who have experience working with children under three years old. A calm, nurturing, and responsive teaching style is essential. You should be reliable, punctual, and a true team player, with a positive attitude and the ability to take direction. While an early childhood education qualification is not required, a genuine love for working with young children is a must.
