About the Role
We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this essential role, you will serve as a bridge between business strategy and execution, collaborating closely with senior leaders and functional teams, including Operations, HR, Payroll, Clinical, and technical experts, to drive business transformation. Your responsibilities will include identifying business objectives, gathering and analyzing requirements, and providing strategic insights to deliver solutions that align with our overarching business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Determining requirements by studying business capabilities, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure business capabilities are aligned with broader strategic goals, thereby enhancing the delivery of solutions.
- Facilitating workshops to evaluate business capabilities, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop optimization strategies.
- Understanding and modeling business objectives or problem contexts to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, from executives to team members.
- Owning and driving RFI/RFP processes to evaluate market solutions and guide the business through successful implementation.

Who Are You?
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with over 8 years of experience, particularly in the HR and People space. You should have participated in HR transformation programs, such as implementing HRIS or workforce management platforms, and have been involved in all stages of project execution.
You possess:
- A strong track record of delivering solutions that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, or compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and Technology.
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements through various techniques, such as workshops, along with the ability to document requirements to high standards.
- The capability to thrive in fast-paced environments while contributing to multiple initiatives.
- A commitment to kindness and a passion for learning and delivering outstanding results.
- A drive for excellence, always seeking ways to exceed expectations and provide high-quality service efficiently.
- A belief in fostering strong, positive, and trusting teams that work collaboratively.
- Resilience in facing challenges, maintaining composure under pressure, and valuing clear and concise communication.
While certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile are preferred, we equally value practical experience and a growth mindset.
