    About the Company At the New Zealand Automobile Association (AA), we have been dedicated to assisting Kiwis on their journeys for over 120 years. About the Role We are looking for a skilled automotive technician to join our team in Queenstown as we embark on an exciting project to redefine roadside assistance. In this role, you will provide expert advice to our members, diagnose vehicle faults, and assist customers in getting back on the road. You will also be responsible for towing vehicles when necessary. We believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer a 4-day-on, 4-day-off roster, allowing you to enjoy your time outside of work while still being an integral part of our team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - An approved Automotive Trade qualification along with extensive experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repair. - Strong communication and customer service skills, enabling you to interact effectively with our members. - Proficiency in using Microsoft products and tablets. - A physically fit disposition and a clean driving record.
