We believe in upholding our values and contributing to memorable experiences for everyone involved. About the Role We are currently seeking individuals to join our team as event security personnel. In this role, you will deliver friendly and professional customer service to event attendees, organizers, and stakeholders. You will monitor event environments, identify potential risks, and respond promptly to incidents. Your responsibilities will include conducting security screenings, such as bag checks, scanning, and validating tickets and accreditations. You will assist with crowd direction and movement to ensure events run safely and smoothly. Additionally, you will support vehicle and gate access control in accordance with venue procedures. Clear communication will be vital as you work to de-escalate situations and provide assistance when needed. To succeed in this role, you will need to embody the values of Red Badge Group and contribute to creating enjoyable events.
