About the Role As a Management Accountant at KGR, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful financial information across our group. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting packs - Developing and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis - Ensuring end-to-end IRD compliance (GST, PAYE, FBT) - Conducting balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring data integrity - Providing practical financial support and insights to Business and Branch Managers - Supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives - Contributing to the evolution of finance systems, processes, and controls This role presents a career-building opportunity with significant variety, scope, and influence within our complex and evolving group of businesses.
