About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our supportive team at Linda Jones Retirement Village in Hamilton as an Activity and Lifestyle Assistant. This is a part-time position that requires availability on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a program of recreational, diversional, and social craft activities for our residents. Your efforts will focus on promoting happiness, well-being, and an enhanced quality of life for all residents. You will also work closely with your colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.
About You
To thrive in our caring atmosphere, we are looking for candidates who possess strong empathy, outstanding communication skills, and a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, please note that due to immigration requirements, applicants must have New Zealand work rights for this position.
