About the Role We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Foreperson to join our Hamilton team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing a crew dedicated to asphalt paving activities. Your responsibilities will include planning, organizing, and directing operations to ensure that projects meet our high standards of quality. You will work closely with the Supervisor to conduct toolbox meetings and develop crew brief plans. Additionally, you may operate our modern machinery as needed. We are seeking an individual who is not only experienced in asphalt paving but also capable of motivating and guiding your team to deliver exceptional results across the greater Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
