About the Role In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibilities will include loading and unloading our trucks, dispatching orders, and completing stock transfers. You will also be responsible for processing incoming goods, restocking supplies as needed, and ensuring that stock is stored correctly and safely. Additionally, you will carry out stock takes and other warehouse duties as required. While having a Class 2-5 license is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role - A current forklift license - Exceptional customer service skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure - Experience with both short and long forklifts - Good basic administrative skills - Competent in written and verbal communication - A well-presented individual You should be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy solving problems. Attention to detail is essential, as is a strong understanding of the importance of following systems, processes, and policies. You will also need to be a strong communicator and a team player who remains calm and resilient under pressure.
