About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our deals by adhering to budgets and identifying commercial risk factors. You will manage administration and documentation control while effectively communicating and collaborating with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include take-offs and estimation.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law, or a relevant field. We are looking for candidates with at least three years of industry experience in contract management practices, along with a solid understanding of specific contract laws and building contracts. High-level computer processing skills in Microsoft programs are essential, as are strong communication, team management, and leadership skills. Experience in commercial construction will be an advantage.
