About the Role We are seeking motivated individuals for a full-time sales position in our Ravenswood store, specifically in the Bedding department. In this customer-focused role, you will provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our bedding and linen products, enabling you to maximize your knowledge and skills in selling these items. Key responsibilities include: - Selling bedding and linen products and services - Utilizing our point of sale and customer service systems - Maintaining the presentation and organization of the bedding and linen department - Assisting with operational tasks, including stock-takes - Working a flexible schedule across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays About You We are looking for someone who possesses strong communication skills and a willingness to work hard to achieve their goals. With an uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to control your earnings.
