About the Role We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Mortgage Adviser or Broker to join our successful Loan & Insurance Market business in Wanaka. This role is dynamic and revolves around delivering exceptional service to clients, referral sources, and lenders. Your main responsibilities will include: - Establishing and nurturing referral relationships, particularly with professionals in Real Estate, Accounting, Law, and Financial Planning. - Generating business from sources beyond traditional referrals, such as social media and community interest groups including sports, cultural, religious, and personal networks. - Providing hands-on, service-oriented solutions to all client inquiries, while qualifying and managing loan applications from inquiry to settlement. - Delivering ongoing client service by overseeing fixed rate rollover expiries. - Maintaining an organized client database in MyCRM and facilitating regular communication through newsletters. - Supporting the business owner as needed. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus and the willingness to go the extra mile for clients. A background in bank lending or experience as a Broker/Adviser is essential.
