About the Role We are currently seeking a Trading Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for all shop-floor operations, including oversight of the Entertainment, Technology, Apparel, Footwear, and Price Integrity functions. You will work closely with a supportive store management team and report directly to the Store Manager. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining merchandising and trading standards, executing the Manager's Trading Plan, and ensuring pricing integrity and product availability meet our high expectations. You will also have the opportunity to recruit, lead, coach, and motivate a team, fostering an environment where they can thrive, enjoy their work, and achieve outstanding results. Ultimately, your leadership will shape the look and feel of our store, enhancing our customers’ shopping experience.
