About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in various tasks, including Traffic Management, Forklift Operation, and Working From Heights, provided you hold the necessary certifications. We offer both casual and full-time employment options, and no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Labourer, you will contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general labouring tasks such as loading and unloading, site clean-up, and materials handling.
- Operating forklifts and working at heights as required, if certified.
- Following traffic management plans when involved in Traffic Management duties.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while collaborating with team members.
Qualifications
The following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Working at heights certification.
- Forklift OSH and F-endorsement certification.
- Traffic management (TTM) certification.
Additionally, you must have reliable transportation and be available for scheduling. While no prior experience is required, a willingness to learn and contribute is essential.
Day-to-Day
Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing various labouring duties as directed by the site supervisor.
- Completing forklift and TTM tasks when required.
- Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
We offer flexibility with casual workdays and hours, with the potential for full-time employment. You will also receive weekly payments for your hard work.
