About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled social and digital marketing analyst to join our marketing team. This position emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and results-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in social and digital marketing, as they will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media and website strategies. This role will be highly data-driven, focusing more on analysis rather than content creation, so we are looking for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with data. This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Te Rapa, Hamilton office. We believe in the value of face-to-face collaboration within our team, and the role requires a 42-hour work week from Monday to Friday. Who Do We Need? We are looking for a motivated self-starter with the following skills and experience: - A proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive social marketing strategies - A background in creating engaging content that aligns with brand voice and target audiences - An understanding of current social marketing trends - Proven experience in Google Analytics reporting and insights - The ability to manage and optimize multiple websites - Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience managing day-to-day activities on various social media channels - A passion for data and analytics What’s in It for You?
