Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the automotive industry. About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote Kia's innovative product range, including an exciting soon-to-market light commercial range. Your primary focus will be on fleet and showroom vehicle sales, where you will build strong relationships with business, government, and trade clients as new models are introduced to the market. Key Responsibilities In this position, you will proactively identify and secure new fleet opportunities throughout the region. You will maintain and grow relationships with existing fleet and showroom clients while promoting Kia's award-winning range of passenger vehicles and the upcoming UTE and light commercial vehicles with a solution-focused approach. Delivering exceptional customer service will be integral to your success, as you will guide clients from initial contact through to after-sales care. You will also work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of vehicles. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs will be a key aspect of your role. This position offers the unique opportunity to sell both new and used vehicles from two brands, with support from a dedicated Sales Manager. With the highly anticipated launch of the Kia Tasman in New Zealand, there will be significant opportunities in the fleet sector. About You The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in automotive vehicle sales, with a strong advantage for those with LV and UTE experience. A passion for the automotive industry, coupled with sales experience, will be highly valued. Strong business development and networking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities. We are looking for a professional, self-motivated, and target-driven individual. A full New Zealand driver's license is required for this role.
