About the Role We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified and Certificated Teacher to join our team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you will work with children aged 0 to 5, supporting their learning, wellbeing, and development through responsive Montessori practice. You will have the opportunity to build warm, respectful relationships with children and their families, while also supporting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play and intentional teaching. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with your colleagues to maintain our center routines, values, and culture, as well as supporting other team members during breaks and non-contact time. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, culturally responsive, and respectful. The position offers 21 hours per week, ideally structured as three 7-hour days, though we are flexible regarding scheduling.
