About the Role
We are seeking a Tour Team Leader to join our passionate team of three. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional end-to-end tour experiences for our clients, primarily focusing on the active senior market. You will collaborate with our Tour Manager and lead our team to ensure the highest level of customer service, creating seamless and unforgettable memories for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing exciting tours for both new and returning clients
- Leading our tour groups on engaging adventures that encourage repeat visits
- Working alongside our Tour Manager to support and guide our team in delivering outstanding service
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience and enthusiasm in the tourism industry, with a proven track record in a similar position
- A passion for New Zealand's unique landscapes and culture, which you will share with clients
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a genuine enjoyment of meeting new people
- A client-oriented mindset, tech-savviness, and a strong sense of responsibility to exceed expectations
- Flexibility to work away from home as you lead our tours
