About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, physically fit, and reliable process workers to join our team at the Tegel Henderson plant. As a process worker in one of our chicken processing departments, you will be part of a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment. The role requires core strength to meet its physical demands, and we highly value flexibility in working overtime and the ability to start immediately.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes and experience:
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong determination to be present at work every day
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- A minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns and overtime
- A reporting manager as a reference
Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, with overtime available and occasional Saturday shifts as needed. We also work during most public holidays. With a variety of departments and start times, we strive to support a good work-life balance. Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training.
