About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist/Business Support professional to join our dynamic team for a 12-month fixed-term role. In this position, you will be an integral part of our operations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service from the moment they reach out to us. You will be welcomed as a full member of the Bayleys Canterbury team from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service. You will prepare submissions, manage and assist in the creation of marketing campaigns, and prepare legal documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading listings and preparing contracts.
You will provide high-quality administrative and marketing support, assisting our team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. The role requires you to be comfortable handling incoming requests and managing changing priorities throughout your day. A mature attitude, creativity, and familiarity with working in a confidential environment are essential.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in working under tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and adopt a solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A goal-driven approach with a desire to achieve
- Social media savvy
- Eagerness to learn and a keen attention to detail
- Prior experience in real estate, property, or marketing is preferred but not essential
