About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Branch Manager at our Wellington Branch. We are looking for someone who has a passion for interiors and is energized by the latest lighting trends and technology. Whether you have recently completed a renovation or enjoyed DIY projects, your familiarity with design options will provide valuable insight as you assist our clients in selecting the right lighting solutions, ranging from bedside table lamps to comprehensive home lighting designs.
As a proven leader with over five years of experience managing a retail team, you will be equipped to build strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance to your team. Your motivation comes from nurturing others, and you thrive on seeing your team succeed and develop. You are adept at managing multiple responsibilities, balancing the operational aspects of the store, such as inventory and stock counts, while ensuring both customers and team members are well cared for.

These qualities make you an ideal candidate for this position. Importantly, you do not need prior lighting experience, as we offer a comprehensive training program to help you become proficient in no time.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of five years in a retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and operational responsibilities
- A passion for interiors and design
- No prior lighting experience necessary; training will be provided
