About the Role
We are currently seeking a Repairer to join our team in Wiri, Auckland. This is a permanent, full-time position, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $35, depending on experience, along with the possibility of overtime. We provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety while you work.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and adhering to container park safety requirements, as well as possessing a strong technical knowledge of container handling equipment. You will safely use hot weld techniques, paint containers according to our company standards, and complete all necessary training related to container repairs.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- A solid understanding of container park safety (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements
- Technical knowledge of container handling equipment
- The ability to use hot weld safely and paint containers as per company standards
- Willingness to complete required training for container repairs
