In this role, you will closely collaborate with Relationship Managers to establish trusted relationships with Agri customers, helping them move forward with confidence. Your responsibilities will include shaping and delivering customer strategies, conducting financial analysis, structuring deals, and adding value to our farming clientele. Your daily activities will also involve contributing to engagement initiatives and nurturing existing relationships. As you enhance your industry knowledge, you will remain attuned to market trends and client needs within a team that values your ideas and contributions. Additional responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the preparation of customer reports and credit analysis - Building trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and product partners - Representing ANZ professionally in the market with warmth, clarity, and confidence - Advocating for inclusive, values-driven behavior in all your interactions What Will You Bring? We are looking for candidates who possess: - Experience in relationship management, financial analysis, accounting, or business drivers - An understanding of the Agri sector (prior knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory; we are willing to provide training) - A genuine interest in collaborating with people and solving problems - Confidence in working independently and making sound decisions - Clear and effective communication skills - A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a larger purpose We value curiosity, initiative, and a strong motivation to develop.
