About the Company We are a well-established agricultural business specializing in sustainable farming practices. About the Role We are currently seeking a couple to assist with the initial pruning of pine trees on our property. This role primarily involves using hand pruners, and since this is the first pruning of the season, there will be no requirement for climbing ladders. The work demands a reasonable level of physical fitness, and while it is preferable to work as a pair, it is also possible to complete tasks individually. The estimated duration for this project is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, with the potential for additional pruning in other areas depending on your skill and efficiency. You will receive guidance and support from our young farm manager throughout the process. There are no set rosters or fixed hours, allowing you the flexibility to explore the area while you work. We are aiming to complete the pruning by September. Requirements - A reasonable level of physical fitness - Experience with hand pruning techniques is preferred - Ability to work effectively as a pair or independently - A positive attitude and willingness to learn Benefits Accommodation is available in our outstanding farm homestead while the owner is overseas.
