About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Cleaners to join our casual staff team in Auckland. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to explore various workplaces with different shift locations. You will have the autonomy to choose when and where you work, making it easier to fit this role around your other commitments. As a Cleaner, your responsibilities will include: - Performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas. - Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately. - Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and presentable. - Following cleaning schedules and procedures. - Adhering to health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals. - Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards. - Assisting with other cleaning-related tasks as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Full New Zealand working rights. - Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. - A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. - The ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks. - A responsible and reliable attitude. - Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. - A positive attitude and respect for the privacy and comfort of residents and patients.
