We take pride in making a positive difference in the lives of others. About the Role We are currently seeking community support workers in the Taupo, Turangi, and Taumarunui areas. This position is perfect for individuals who are new to homecare or professionals looking for additional hours of work. In this role, you will bring mature thinking, a common-sense approach, and good initiative. We value individuals who are engaging, relatable, possess a great sense of humor, and are strong communicators. Experience working with people with disabilities is highly valued but not essential. This community-based role involves a variety of shifts, including morning, evening, overnight, and weekend work. We are open to discussing your preferred hours during the recruitment process, ensuring flexibility to suit your schedule. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must have the legal right to work permanently in New Zealand. A clean Police Check is required, along with access to a personal vehicle and a Full Driver’s License. Benefits We offer a competitive pay band ranging from $24.13 to $30.03 per hour, based on the Pay Equity Settlement 2017, which aligns hourly pay rates with the equivalency of Healthcare Qualifications.
