About the Role We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our foundations and civil projects team in Christchurch. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will deliver accurate measurements, estimates, and cost control across foundation and civil projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed cost reports, tracking variations, and providing commercial insights using BuildExact or similar software. You will support the project team with financial recommendations that drive successful project delivery, while also building strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects remain on track. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply your initiative and leadership potential within a skilled, collaborative team of three. What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or proven relevant experience. Ideally, you will have at least three years of Quantity Surveying experience in New Zealand, particularly within foundations, concrete, groundworks, or civil works. Strong technical and commercial skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail. We seek a confident communicator who excels at building trusted partnerships and has the potential for leadership, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and drive results. Proficiency in BuildExact or other estimating/QS software is an advantage. Why Join Us?
