About the Role We are looking for a passionate and skilled retail professional to join our team. In this role, your typical day will involve: - Creating an inspiring and empowering in-store experience for our customers - Engaging with customers by sharing your product knowledge and personal experiences - Managing receipting, replenishing stock, and merchandising displays - Staying informed about current and new products in our range - Collaborating with your team to achieve collective goals and objectives Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for outdoor activities, and a commitment to sustainability. Experience in retail is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and grow within our team.
