We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as telefundraisers. About the Role In this rewarding telemarketing position, you will be making phone calls on behalf of our organization to engage and inspire supporters. This role offers both full-time and part-time evening options, making it ideal for students or anyone looking for flexible work arrangements. We welcome applicants with Working Holiday Visas as well. While previous sales experience is preferred, we are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable asking for financial contributions and are driven to meet targets. Our dedicated team will provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed. Requirements - Previous experience in sales or a related field is desirable - A willingness to ask for financial contributions - Strong motivation to achieve fundraising targets - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Benefits - Competitive hourly rate of $28.80 - Health insurance coverage - Comprehensive bonus scheme with the potential to earn up to an additional $200 per week - Permanent contract with paid leave - Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 12:15 PM - 8:45 PM, with early finish at 6:15 PM on Fridays - Part-time hours: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM - 8:45 PM For our Auckland-based team, we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work from the office every day or split your time between the office and home. Our office features substantial kitchen facilities, including tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, making it easy to prepare your own meals while on-site. We are located in Mount Eden, which is a short walk from the CBD and well-served by frequent bus services. For those outside of Auckland, we also offer the option to work from home, eliminating commuting expenses and travel time.
