About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Operations Lead to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations across our venues. Your role will involve managing event production, including lighting and sound, while leading a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality delivery of events.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in the field, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for the arts. You will play a crucial role in shaping our events and enhancing the overall experience for our audiences.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in technical operations or a related field
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong expertise in event production, including sound and lighting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
