Our team values reliability, hard work, and a strong commitment to career development. We are currently seeking motivated Construction Labourers to join our teams on multiple sites. About the Role In this role, you will be involved in a variety of construction projects, including residential builds, commercial developments, and civil works. Your tasks may include site clean-up, assisting tradespeople, digging, moving materials, erecting fencing, and more. We are looking for individuals who are alert, can take direction well, and show initiative to actively contribute to the team. We value hard work and are seeking reliable and committed individuals who are eager to grow within the industry. This position offers the potential to step into team leadership roles for those who demonstrate capability and dedication. Days & Hours The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with standard hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may also be opportunities for Saturday work depending on project requirements. Requirements - Previous site experience is preferred but not essential; we prioritize attitude and willingness to learn. - Common sense and comfort in a fast-paced site environment are crucial. - Candidates should be physically fit and prepared for demanding tasks and conditions. - Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable. - A strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions are essential. - Interest in leadership and taking on additional responsibilities is a plus. - Candidates must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
