About the Role
We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant/Sales Support to join one of our top-performing real estate teams. This full-time position is ideal for an individual who possesses a strong combination of administrative expertise, marketing skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
In this varied role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Client care
- Maintaining databases
- Diary management
- Assisting in the creation and management of marketing campaigns
- Preparing legal documents
- Loading listings and preparing contracts
- Maintaining agent profiles across various online channels
- Managing social media accounts
- Preparing submissions
We are looking for a team player who can provide outstanding administrative and marketing support. Your ability to adapt to incoming requests and shifting priorities will be key to your success in this position. Flexibility in working hours, a mature demeanor, creative thinking, and experience in confidential settings are essential attributes for this role.
Requirements
