About the Role
We are currently looking for experienced Forklift Operators who possess an F endorsement and a valid OSH certificate for an immediate start. If you also hold a Class 2 license, that would be an added advantage.
In this role, you will be responsible for packing and unpacking containers, as well as moving general cargo throughout our warehouse facility. It is crucial that you have proven forklift experience and a high level of confidence in operating the machinery so that you can quickly acclimate to our environment.
This is a full-time position, with work scheduled from Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance.
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Experience in forklift operation and handling bulk cargo
- Knowledge of general warehouse operations and logistics
- Basic to intermediate computer skills for processing paperwork, data entry, and emails
- Experience with pick handling
- Strong customer service skills
We are looking for a reliable and flexible team player who can develop a solid understanding of our customers' requirements and possesses a positive work ethic.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Full Class 1 Driver's license (Class 2 is advantageous)
- Valid OSH certificate and F endorsement
- Computer skills, particularly experience with WMS software
- Strong customer interaction skills
- A solid understanding of workplace health and safety standards
- A good sense of humor
