About the Role We are currently seeking a Field Merchandiser to join our team on the Kapiti Coast. This part-time position requires availability on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling 25.5 hours per week. In this role, you will work independently to ensure that Goodman Fielder products are prominently displayed and ready for purchase at local supermarkets. The position involves managing your time effectively, maintaining organization, and actively engaging with customers. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our grocery customers while representing our esteemed brands in a supermarket setting. Requirements We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Physically fit, as the role involves continuous lifting of products weighing up to 12 kilograms, including milk crates and full racks of bread. - Enjoy working on your feet and interacting with customers in a vibrant supermarket environment. - Organized and capable of managing various tasks efficiently. - Hold a valid driver's license (Restricted or above), as travel to different stores is required. Your physical location will vary between local supermarkets, and you will be the face of our brands within these stores. Regular communication with your Supervisor and store personnel is essential for building strong relationships and ensuring a successful merchandising operation. We prioritize health and safety and provide full ongoing training, uniforms, and personal protective gear. Additionally, you will occasionally have the opportunity to take home products to sample and become familiar with our offerings.
