About the Role We are currently seeking a qualified Wellness Partner (Caregiver) to join our compassionate and supportive team at Ailsa Bailey Home. In this role, you will provide rest home level dementia care within a nurturing, family-like environment. As a Wellness Partner, you will collaborate closely with our Nurses and clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our residents. You will support them with their daily needs while encouraging independence, dignity, and joy in their everyday moments. This position is for night shifts, specifically from 11 PM to 7 AM, totaling 56 hours per fortnight. The schedule is as follows: - Week one: Thursday and Friday - Week two: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Requirements To be considered for this position, applicants must have New Zealand residency.
