About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Blaster Painter to join our client based in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty. This contract opportunity allows you to work on a range of projects within the Trades & Services industry. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for: - Preparing surfaces through blasting, grinding, and cleaning to the required standards. - Painting and coating surfaces utilizing specialized equipment and techniques. - Ensuring that all work is completed to high-quality standards, fully meeting project specifications. - Being available to work out of town on several occasions. What We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Proven experience as a Blaster Painter, preferably within the Industrial or Marine industry. - Strong technical skills in surface preparation and the application of specialized coatings. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. - A strong awareness of health and safety practices. - The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - New Zealand Citizens or Resident visa holders. - A valid Site Safe certificate.
