We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment & Employee Engagement Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Dunedin. About the Role This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in end-to-end recruitment while also playing a key role in enhancing the employee experience from day one through to their career milestones. As a Recruitment & Employee Engagement Advisor, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that our recruitment processes not only attract top talent but also contribute to a thriving workplace culture. What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for: - Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels of the organization. - Coaching managers to enhance their recruitment skills and conducting structured annual recruitment campaigns. - Ensuring compliance with necessary licenses and qualifications. - Redesigning the onboarding and induction experience to create a welcoming environment for new hires. - Supporting offboarding processes with care and professionalism. - Driving employee engagement initiatives, including staff events, social activities, and communication through newsletters and calendars. - Collaborating with the Marketing team to share employee stories on social media. - Contributing to training and broader People & Culture projects as needed. We Are Looking For Someone Who... - Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, either in an agency or internal setting. - Holds a diploma or degree in a business-related field. - Possesses a warm, helpful, calm, and confident demeanor. - Is discreet and diligent, with strong administration skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with platforms such as Seek, Trade Me Jobs, and LinkedIn. - Communicates effectively and demonstrates exceptional organizational skills. - Is resilient and adaptable, ready to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. - Is a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. The Details This position is based in Dunedin and is an office-based role with some flexibility and occasional travel to other branches. The standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is $90,000, along with the opportunity to engage in meaningful, people-focused work every day.
