About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand / Co-ordinator to join our team in our brand-new showroom and workshop. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, showroom, and workshop areas. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the movement, loading, unloading, and preparation of boats, personal watercraft, and powersports vehicles. Additionally, you will support our workshop and sales teams with daily tasks and may have occasional opportunities to ride or drive our products during testing or customer handovers. Requirements We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for watersports and the outdoors. A strong work ethic and a pride in presentation are essential, along with being physically fit and comfortable working outdoors. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well within a team are critical for this role. Candidates must hold a full driver's license and be capable of backing a trailer.
