About the Role We are seeking a skilled technician to join our high-performing engineering team at our Rolleston facility. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing our Ultra High Temperature (UHT) manufacturing lines and broader site operations. Your responsibilities will include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating repairs to ensure our plant continues to produce premium dairy products with maximum efficiency and reliability. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will work both independently and collaboratively, using your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to support production.
