About the Company
The Napier District Masonic Trust has proudly served our community for over 60 years, providing essential support to the elderly. We are committed to planning and offering housing and care options for seniors in the years to come. With a strong reputation for delivering quality residential aged care and affordable retirement village accommodations, we believe that every elderly individual deserves a place they can proudly call home, regardless of their age, stage, means, or needs. Our community is built on the values of love, respect, and care for our residents, their families, and one another.

- Previous kitchen and food handling experience, or a strong interest in working in a kitchen environment with the willingness to learn.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a safe and hazard-free environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Efficient time management abilities.
- A current Basic Food Safety certification (or a willingness to obtain this certification once employed).
- A caring and empathetic attitude towards our elderly residents.
If this opportunity resonates with you, we would love to hear from you. We offer full training and a comprehensive orientation period to ensure you feel supported in your new role.
