About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at our Whangamata location, you will play a key role in serving our building trade customers. Your responsibilities will be divided between our timber yard and the trade counter in our showroom. In this position, you will efficiently pick, assemble, and load customer orders. You will also provide recommendations on suitable products tailored to meet customer preferences. Additional duties include loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring seamless stock replenishment. A crucial part of your role will be upholding cleanliness and safety standards through general branch housekeeping.
