About the Role We are looking for a Team Leader to join our management team. This is a hands-on position that involves leading team members across various departments while also taking on additional responsibilities related to our core leadership functions. You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a crucial role in maximizing sales and profitability through exceptional staff leadership, effective merchandising, diligent stock control, and outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include: - Ensuring that customers are always the top priority and receive the high standard of service they deserve. - Promoting a team culture that fosters a positive working environment. - Taking responsibility for on-the-floor stock management, displays, point-of-sale arrangements, and overall departmental standards. - Contributing to the overall success of the store by actively supporting loss prevention initiatives and processes. - Performing other duties as required. Requirements We are seeking candidates who possess: - Retail supervisory experience. - The ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing direction and leadership. - Strong organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to offer innovative solutions. - A passion for delivering excellent customer service. - Basic computer skills. - The capability to manage a diverse and busy workload. This is a full-time role, requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week from Tuesday to Saturday.
