About the Role We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations for our Times & Materials and Northern & Southern Motorway teams under the Christchurch City Council Road Landscapes Contract. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating plant, materials, and workforce scheduling to ensure projects remain on budget and compliant. You will mentor and train your team, ensuring high performance while promoting Health & Safety excellence and adhering to all Citycare Property policies. Your emphasis on efficiency, relationship building, and smart asset management will help us achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), meet monthly targets, and deliver outstanding results for the community.
