About the Role We are looking for skilled and confident stylists who are ready to elevate their careers while maintaining the independence of being their own boss. As a Contract Stylist at Vivo, you will enjoy the benefits of self-employment without the associated stresses of running a standalone salon. You will have the freedom to choose your hours and clients, all while working in a vibrant, well-established salon that provides a steady flow of clients through our award-winning national marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn a high commission of 48% on service sales and 10% on product sales, with no income cap. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 3 years of on-the-floor experience in cuts and color. - A proven track record of retaining clients and providing exceptional service. - An existing client base and the confidence to manage and grow your own appointments and income. - The legal ability to work as a self-employed contractor in New Zealand.
