About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our passionate and talented team at our beautiful Riccarton store. This position offers a unique rotating roster that promotes a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to have one weekend on followed by the next weekend off, in addition to one weekday off each week and no late-night shifts. In this key role, you will support the Store Manager in developing and coaching our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive outstanding store sales. At Bed Bath N’ Table, we prioritize customer service by ensuring that at least two team members are present during shifts whenever possible.
